How can I place an order?
Browse our collections, add your favourite puzzle to the cart and check out securely. You will get a confirmation by email right after.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 4–7 business days across India. Remote locations may take a little longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and WhatsApp.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within India. If you are outside India, write to us and we will let you know what is possible.
What comes inside the box?
Your puzzle pieces in a keepsake box, along with a handwritten-style note from the creator.
How many pieces does each puzzle have?
The piece count varies by puzzle. You will find it on each product page, right under the title.
Are your puzzles suitable for children?
Each puzzle page lists a recommended age. Many of our puzzles are best enjoyed by ages 10 and above.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unused puzzles in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within the period mentioned in our return policy. If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes. We offer corporate gifting and bulk orders with customised options. Get in touch and our team will help you.
